Nothing to be scared of, if you would have told me this two years ago I would have freaked out.
I learnt to love and look after my body. Trust me, it was not an easy process at the beginning. 
20kg later & I’m finally starting to love my body & everything that it is capable of doing. 
I have put it through hell & back. It’s finally managed to bounce back after A LOT of self care and working on myself.
 
Before;
I was miserable, anxious 24/7, had no energy, my body was bruised from other parts of my body rubbing together, my hair was falling out, my bones became very weak.
Now;
Full of energy, focusing on Oro & my Personal Training, surrounding myself by the most amazingly supportive people, looking after & listening to my body, nourishing it & keeping fit & healthy!
 

Mental health is as important as physical health & you can’t tell if someone is suffering inside! Be there to support one another, you never know what people are going through!
